Serious question here for those of you who have had the full open chest procedure and play golf.
How long should one let the sternum heal before starting to swing a golf club? Other than a little
discomfort at times between the pecs and a little soreness in the pecs if I've been more active that normal
all is going well and NSR is feeling more like the norm everyday.
