As with most medical, and physical procedures, most peoples bodies react in different ways. If you follow the stories from the different mazers I think you will find that the quicker they kick the medications, the quicker they return to normal. Maybe it seems that way because the ones with less need for medication are off to a better start. I have heard many people say their improvement accelerated as soon as they came off medication, but I am NOT advising to stop medication without discussing it with you physician.
