What is this "lying on the left side" thing? Since my maze dd 7th june 2001 it is still very uncomfortable lying on my left side: it feels like my heart wants to start the a-fib again (doesn't happen),and I get a little short of breath.And there is that pff-pff noise on the rhythm of the heart I mentioned before.That too only appears when I am lying on my left side.My cardiologist find this strange too and suggested that,because the echo of the heart was okay,the problem must be outside of the heart and now an echo of the bloodvessels between head en heart is scheduled.
Note:before the maze I never had this noise.
