It is so good to hear from you. My e-mail at home has been down. Sorry to hear about all that's been going on but it now sounds like everything is much better. I'm pretty sure you will heal quickly and get your life back to normal. I'm happy that you never have to go through this again.

I've had 2 open hearts for mitral valve repairs and the only thing that bothers me is why they didn't replace the thing the first time. I now have chronic AF. But the good news is I am seeing a new electrophysiologist tomorrow. I'm ready to go to SLC for the maze and 2 valve replacements - as early as next week! My cardiologist talked to Dr. Millar and is very impressed. I think I've come to grips with going through it one more time and I'm actually anxious to get on with it.
