EP Study

Greetings. Had EP Study on 26th. I do not have AF - and MAZE will do nothing for me. I have several tachy-arrhythmias and in my doc's own words, "It's a mess in there."
Tried Tikosin - but my already too long QT wave got very extra long in only 2 doses. So can't take that. Am going to take another beta blocker for the next 30 days to control rate while a plan is formulated and my docs new office is set up. I will probably have some type of EP Study and maybe Ablation by way of Arteries in something similar to an angiogram where the catheters are strung into the atria and passed through the septum to read, pace and possibly ablate.
Unhappy procedure as it was necessary for me to be kept alert - no good drugs. Local wore off - had to get some more. Trouble inserting two of the catheters - very painful.
Frustrated, dissapointed, sad. Thanks for the support and prayers from everyone on this board.
