For all of you, Anders, Jack and one or two others are the ones that led me to my surgery on January 11th at Cleveland. Anders, as always, your running life seems to parallel mine in so many ways. My ability to run after the maze and to compete was made possible by your ongoing input to this board. It is so good of you to continue your updates because I follow them so closely as I get further and further from my maze procedure. Sometimes I get down from running at a level far below that which I use to be able to do. But, then I get a post from you which gives me more insight as to what to expect. For this, I am very thankful. If I only wasn't going to be 58 in February, I might be able to join you in a run some day. I will tell you that next weekend, I will join several friends in running across the Grand Canyon and then back. It will be beautiful and something that I could not have done prior to surgery. Thanks again, Anders.
