This is a follow up posting to my 8/29/01 post. Since deciding to have the MAZE, I contacted Cleveland Clinic and sent them my medical records. They responded saying that I am a candidate and gave me the following dates. 9/24 to 9/26 for evaluations, if OK surgery will be scheduled for 9/27, 9/28, or 10/01. They have indicated that I could have the MAZE and a valve repair. I am thankful for all of you that have responded to my post and all the previous history on this board. I am taking a notebook and hopefully my wife can post for me.
