Michael: It looks as though you are doing pretty much as well as most of us: surgery on the 21st and released on the 26th with no AF drugs is great. Welcome to the club. I expect to be reading that you are out doing some 1/2 hour or so fast walks within a week, followed by some long distance runs like Ed within a few months.
Regarding your reference to the "Mack truck": would you do it again, or is it too early to ask that? Wait a couple of weeks and give us that answer.
