Just got back from a week backpack trip up in the Sierra's, Jim, camping at 11,000 feet and hiking all over. My maze was at Cleveland this year on January 10th. No regrets, only questions why I didn't know about it sooner. I am also 57 and lived with AFib for 14 years. If quality of life is an issue for you, then go for it.

I live in California but went to CC because of their expertise. My experience there was very good but others question their follow-up. Give my best to Dr. McCarthy and Mindi. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me direct.
