Glenn,
Try to get plenty of rest before your surgery. I have found the best thing for reducing my pvcs is to be well rested. This is especially important if we are to have any kind of medical procedure. Allow plenty of travel time so you will not have unnecessary stress. Keep yourself peaceful and quiet inside. I am sure you already know all this.
You no doubt will have an excellent outcome as have thousands of others.
