Dr. Damiano was an associate of Dr. Cox at Washington University @ St. Louis during Dr. Cox years there, and subsequently replaced Dr. Cox when he moved to Georgetown. He has done many Maze procedures, and is working with Dr. Cox and myself to try to organize our Maze/Former Afibber's meeting this fall (although time is getting short to pull it all off before the lousy weather starts).
I wouldn't hesitate going to him if he is the most convenient for you and your family.
I hope you can attend our gettogether either pre or post procedure.
