FOR GOT TO SAY THAT I ALSO WORKOUT WITH TOTAL GYM AND PULLUPS AND DIPS. AT 3.5 MONTHS I AM BACK TO 100% OF MORE IN STRENGTH. GUESS AEROBIC EXERCISE SUCH AS RUNNING TAKES ALOT LONGER.
