Sherin: Sorry to hear about your husbands reoccurance! As a Mazer from CC (04/02), I get nervous when I read what happened. Did your husband have any other medical problems that might hve caused this to happen,other heart problems, thyroid, etc? As something caused the heart to begin AF in the first place, it would seem that if the problem continues to progress after the Maze, AF might start again at some later date. On the other hand maybe not? Just a layman's thought.
I hope and pray that Paul can get rid of his AF soon!! Maybe contact CC again?
