Sever palpitations during sleep and constent quive of the heart

I really need to see a very good EP or cardiologist in Northern California(San Francisco Bay area).I have already seen a cardiologist, done EKG, holter monitor, blood test. The cardiologist recommended a thalium stress test and an echocardiogram in his office. I just did not feel good about him.
I appreicate any advice.
