Paul,
Congratulations on your excellent health. You are truly a Maze pioneer. It is shameful that people have to self-refer because their cardiologist falls down on the job.
Your post triggered my curiosity, so I have two questions, if you don't mind:
1.
Where is the incision located for your Maze operation? For my surgery, the lower half of the sternum was split but the entire rib cage was not opened so I had an easy time of it.2.
I am on a high carbohydrate diet - mostly salads and soy foods. You seem to imply that this is not healthy and that you have changed to a low carb, good fat diet. Could you explain? Thanks,
Henry
