I'm glad to hear that you are doing so much better...As a 'graduate' of the CC 8/8/00, Iwould like to add my sentiments to yours regarding Dr. Cox. We all owe him a HUGE thank you for developing the MAZE procedure...I will be forever greatful for my new found freedom to live my life without the 'ball and chain' that is A-FIB! Dr. Cox is a shining example of a gifted and highly skilled professional who ALSO clearly has a deep sense of compassion and empathy for anyone in need..most would agree that this is a very RARE combination in today's world. My impression of the CC was the same as your in terms of follow up. Your story demonstrates that Dr. Cox is beyond generous and that his those he is affilated with share that same compassion.
