Keith: While I can understand your concern about the lack of response from the CC, which is unlike Dr. Natale's staff (perhaps he is in CA for his monthly visit to Marin County Hosp, or at a conference, and is just too busy), but I would not worry too much about afib/aflutter less than one week after your PVI.

Give it a chance to heal and form scar tissue. It may take a few or even several months to be rid of afib/aflutter, and even longer for PACs, which are just annoying. You MAY even be one of the relatively few who MIGHT have to have a touch-up ablation after 6 months or more.

Keep us posted. I'm betting that in a couple of weeks or so more you will be telling us that "things have improved measureably".
