Sorry you've been having all these problems. I agree with Pete about both of his points. (1) Please post your story on the bulletin board at afiberrs.org; I'm sure there are people there who can help you. (2) It's important to keep pestering CC until you get some help from them. In this case, be pro-active! Remember, the squeaky wheel gets the oil.
Also, are you monitoring your blood pressure? When you are feeling really "bad" maybe your B/P has dropped too low.
It takes a lot of time for a heart to heal after an abaltion and during this time, the road may be quite bumpy. Don't give up!
