I had chp here is Vermont when I had the maze in 1999.They left the state and I was put on mvp with no problems. I now have my own health insurance with work thats Health Care Value management and have never had a problem with being insured due to the maze. I do however have a problem getting short term disability due to my heart they say its because I am still on Pindolol. They said they would insure me if I could remain off the meds for 5 years. I wish insurance companies could go thru what we a-fib patients go thru they might think alot different.....
