Sorry to hear that the PVC's and other things are acting up. As you know I had seveal months of really frequent PVC's and some bigeminal beats. I think one holter recorded about 4,000. No A-Fib. Dr. Massumi had me try flecainide. He strated me on 50mg., then up to 50mg twice a day. This seemed to really help. I have since come down to 75 mg., 50 mg, 25 mg, and now weaned off. I suppose during the day I will have any where from 2-3 up to 25- 30. I don't seem to have any during the night. Your right the Maze does work on the A-Fib. Dr. Massumi said he wasn't worried about the PVC's but did understand they can be very bothersome. We did discuss an ablation for the PVC's if they didn't improve. Thank God they did.
