It's been four weeks since my ablation at Penn. Only one episode of Afib so far, and it lasted only about 2-3 minutes. I knew it was happening and I was able to catch it on my monitor. I did have a 2 1/2 hour episode of something else this week. There were irregular beats and skipped beats, but the rate was only 75-80 bpm. The doctor said that this was not Afib. He attributed it to the healing of the irritated heart. It's great to be Afib free. Thank you for your support.
