Elevated HR

It has been thirty eight days since my pva and no afib that I have been aware of since the procedure but still too many pvc's. For the first time since my procedure my heart decided all of a sudden to accelerate from 70 bpm up to 124 bpm at 9:36 pm Thursday evening and it is now 2:01 am Friday and still at it. Overall it has remained a steady beat with some pvc's thrown in. It has been annoying enough to the point I can't think about going to sleep. I have taken an additional 25 mg of atanolol to see if that would lower my HR and it hasn't so far. I don't know if this is serious or not, but this higher rate is something that my heart has never done without exercise except when afib was present, which if it is I certainly do not feel it as I have in the past prior to pva.
