Glenn,
Several year ago I had a chest pain that would come in waves. It felt like someone was clamping my chest. I thought-Heart Attack. Went to Er at 2:00am
and they admitted me right away. I had three AVRs and
am in A-fib. Three days of tests and they could find
nothing. I have always had great heart vessels- low collestrol, high hdl and low ldl. Their conclusion was
it was probably a irritated thoracic nerve. Just a thought- you might ask your Dr.
