Congratulations John on your birthday. It is a wonderful thing to have your life back after so many problems.

John, I feel ashamed of something I forgot.
I had a busy day Saturday, and even though I had it on my mind just a few days before, Sat. I forgot all about it.
LAST SATURDAY WAS MY 6 YEAR ANNIVERSARY OF MY NEW LIFE.
Six years of NSR with no medications and no more cardiologist to go see.
