Just stay calm, and keep reading.
AF is a progressive ailment, and it will probably continue to increase.
The good thing is the treatments, or procedures are getting better with each passing day.
I had AF most of my life, and took medication for 30 years before I had the maze procedure.
Back then, there was no treatments to cure AF, only medication to try to control it.
Just watch what medication you take, and check them all out, as you are already doing. There are some, such as Amiodarone, and others that can have terrible side effects. Also check out the maze, and ablation procedures to cure the AF and get off the medications.
