Sarah: Mike speaks volumes for all of us. In spite of all you and Tom have been through, you have helped many others in so many ways. Your posts from the Atrial Fib Summit last summer were almost professionally presented, but in layman's terms. Your ability to keep finding the "silver lining" in every cloud which drifts your way is inspirational, as Mike so aptly says.
We will be thinking of you and Tom in the months ahead.
