Thanks for your advice. I live just South of Toledo, but because my surgery is such high risk,
I will travel where ever I have to go to gain the
best chance of survival. Most people are so lucky
today because first time OHS has become, for the most part, routine in the large heart centers. The new Mech.
valves should never need replaced, unlike the early
valves I received. Scar tissue made my third AVR a long
surgery, I can't imagine what a mess my heart is today.
