My wife's cousin lives in the Portland, OR area and has been experiencing afibs. His family doctor referred him to a cardiologist, who said, after a treadmill test, that he didn't have a problem and didn't need any treatment. I take it that only a few PACs or PVCs occurred during the treadmill test and that he was in NSR, but he said that he'd been having long bouts of afib and was pretty miserable with them. Anyway, he's looking for a cardiologist in the Hillsboro/Portland area who's knowledgeable about afibs and will help him get them fixed.

Have any of you gone to a cardiologist in that area who has been good with afibs and an advocate of non-pharmacological treatments? You can contact me privately. Thanks.
