You're so right about Jack and this board. I want to add my thanks, Jack! I am a-MAZEd and PVI-ed because of Jack and all the help and direction I have received here. Even last week, 6 weeks after my PVI at the CC when I was experiencing PACs, people wrote in with help and encouragement.
Regarding Pat's resumption of energy: It takes more time than one thinks. Remember Pat has had a major intrusion into his body,not only the opening of the sternum which takes 3 months in itself to heal but it also takes time for the heart to get used to its new design and for all those scars to heal. However, if he compares his energy level from one week to the next, he'll probably see lots of progress. Everyone is different, but I'd think that in six months outside, Pat will be through this with more energy than ever.
