And thanks so very much for the positive feed-back - great to hear from you all again. As a "ps" I just want to tell you that I finish 3rd in the indoors district track championship over 3000 m today (in the Male 45 to 50 category). The time wasn't much to brag about (I averaged 3.39 per k) but for me it was another positive step stone in the right direction coming back from my Maze in february 1999. I now look forward to the Stockholm marathon in June with some confidence. And, if possible, I'd like to turn in some good road races along the west coast (San Fransisco - San Diego) and in the Rockies (Denver) this summer. The family will be visiting those areas between the 12th and 30th of July this coming summer - any tips are much welcomed.
