arrythmia relapse

I had the PVI at CCF a year ago, almost to the day. For the last 3 weeks, I have had bouts of several different arrythmias - pvc's, pac's, tachycardia and 2 (which only lasted about 1 minute each) of what sure felt like a-fib. My doc's nurse practioner (don't know if she ran this by him) told me to double my Corgard to 40 mg/day. The Corgard never helped when I had AF. I'm due to see the doc day after tomorrow, but haven't been able to get any info from CCF inspite of repeated calls. Has anyone out there had any relapse after so long a time? I thought this sort of thing was over! So upset.
I would appreciate any input, suggestions, etc. anyone has, since I'm not learning much from the dr's so far.
