Unfortunately as far as this post goes, my MAZE was event free, so I can't share personal experience, but others have had similar experiences to yours.
If you use the search function, you should be able to find those who have shared their similar experiences. A common theme seems to be that most of the irregular beats or complications straighten out after about 6 months.
A search under pericarditis and another under PVC ought to bring some good results.
