I seriously doubt that the Cleveland Clinic (the only PVA facility I would consider), having done many, many 100s of these procedures is risking the health of patients with excessive radiation exposure.
Of course, you could have the Cox Maze III and be more certain of an immediate cure like so many of us, but that is your choice. You are certainly too young to consider a lifetime of drug therapy if afib is disrupting your lifestyle, unless of course you are looking for a short lifetime.
