Glenn,
I also had atrial tachycardia before MAZE surgery. I had it for a few months after surgery also. I took atenolol for a while to help this condition. In my case it was associated with A-Fib. MAZE cured my A-Fib and also my atrial tachycardia. I have not taken any heart medicines for several years now.
I hope you can find relief and a cure for your condition soon.
