I had requested my insurance carrier to allow me to go to Dr. Millar, based upon an early Mazer's account of his caring nature, but Aetna would only approve the CC. I doubt that I received any better care than John, and mine at the CC was exceptional/almost beyond belief.
You need to get on with enjoying life, and Dr. Millar can do that, almost overnight.
