Lord Carolyn! Can't you look into a Maze? Read the posts....a LOT of us fought off recommendations by idionts to have tha darned AV node ablated and a pacemaker, including myself! I still have mine!
It sounds like it's time for some overt action, and I wish you could get a second opinion from one of the places recommended by this board.
