John: I love your analogy of finally getting into a boat full of life preservers and wanting to toss them out to all in need. Without some of the "preservers" tossed our way in the early months of Jack's first site, I doubt that you and I would still be here. I miss some of those early posters/pioneers/"preserver throwers" who motivated me from the first day, and wish some of them could find their way to this site.
I appreciate the time and effort you continue to contribute, and wish that I had the computer skills to help you in some way.
I also like the idea of having a "link" to this site using "afibcures.com" and perhaps re-naming the site or at least having a "mission statement" of being an information exchange re: all REAL "cures" or potential "cures" for afib, be they Maze III, Modified Maze III, PVAs/PVIs, non-invasive Maze, or "beating heart" Maze.
It is particularly exciting to weekly read of others who have been cured and are offering their "preservers" to others still struggling in the sea of afib,drugs, misinformation, and other non-curative treatment regimens.
A BIG thanks for coming up with a creative fix for the "search" function, which should make it much easier for visitors to find "early" posts regarding specific posters/problems.
