Sarah (and others): You DO understand that it is only necessary to use the "Submit FollowUp" button to "proof read" your message? IF you are happy with what you see, you then use the "Post Message" button at the bottom of that screen. If you need to edit your message, use your "back" button to make corrections, then "Submit" to proof read again, and then the "Post" button.
If you have a dial-up connection (or a really slow computer), it may take longer for either page to appear on your screen, which might make you think that multiple "clicks" are necessary. It has happened to me as well when I am using my laptop on a sloooow dial-up while away from my home or office.
