That you are having you PVI performed at Marin General by Dr. Natale is way cool! Dr. Natale performed my PVI Ablation on 10/27/03 and I went off anti-arrhythmic drugs a little over one week ago. Still no a-fib. Prior to the procedure I was having episodes lasting up to 30 hours or more every three to seven days. While only time can tell of the duration of a cure, my local EP summed it up by saying to me, "Minimally, you are a whole lot better." Best of luck to you on your day for your procedure.
