10 minutes of a-fib in 2,5 years won't give you a stroke.Before my maze I had a lot of a-fib periodes.2-3 times a week.Only when the a-fib periode lasted longer than 24 hours I went for a cardioversion,because the risk of stroke wihin this periode is neglectible.I think that at the moment your biggest problem is not the afib,but your fear.You have a healthy heart,so forget about everything and be healthy.And you know that when the a-fib becomes
really a problem there is a solution!
