I don't know exactly what Maze III is. However I had what is called a Radio-frequency Modified Maze and Mitral Valve Repair at the Cleveland Clinic in May. I was told that Dr. Gillinov also used some cyro. My chest was opened but that was a small price to pay to be in NSR and med-free! I would do it again in a heart beat(no pun intended).
