Before having MAZE surgery in 1999 I spoke, over the phone, with ten people who had the MAZE procedure. They were patients of Dr. Cox and Dr. Duncan. (MAZE surgery is not surgeon specific.) Two of these individuals were over 70 at the time of their MAZE operation. They both had successful results and were doing fine.
