Trying to find "triggers" for afib is ultimately a losing proposition based upon my experience. If you still have afib while not drinking coffee, why not drink it? While in afib, you want to keep you heart rate down, so you might layoff coffee (except decaf) once an episode starts. Your best bet is to get cured so you don't have to chase ghosts!
