almost 8mos

It has been almost 8mos since maze, mvr at CC. My heart rate in the morning is in the 60s, during the day it runs between 72-80. In the gym Ive gotten it up to 140 on the treadmill. I actually think I am beginning to think a little clearer and focus better. My blood pressure, last time I had it taken, last week, was 110/70. I am on one blood pressure medication. I get up and go to the gym at 6am during the week. I am still not 100% but I am doing ok, I am continueing to improve. Today I went and played golf and shot an 80--Best ever, It was a beautiful day in Memphis. I really feel for everyone struggling to regain their health, nothing is more important. Everyday I wake up I thank God because I know I am very blessed for many things, especially NSR. I wish everyone a blessed Christmas, may you all enjoy peace and good health in your families and continued NSR.----Jimmy Cull
