I agree completely.

I wasted a lot of time reading the posts on that site which were constant regurgitations of the same complaints, but indicated no real determination to be cured.

I still get mailiings from him about his surveys etc. I delete before reading. It has also struck me that the person is trying to turn the site into a money-making venture.

The moment I discovered Jack's site, where cures actually happen and people report successful Mazes and PVAs, I dropped the other site completely. Endlessly chewing the fat and complaining does not cure AF.

I directly attribute my cure from AF to Jack's purposeful and extremely helpful site.
