Jeanne,
You want success stories?? Know that most of them come with lot's of differences in individual experiences.

I had an SVT ablation done in Arkansas about this time last year.(right side atrium)Then I had a PVA by Dr.Robert Schweikert at Cleveland Clinic, just this last May 12th. The literature says that the longer one is in Afib, the harder it is to cure it with one procedure.....I had Paroxsymal Atrial Fib for about thirty years!! Just do a search on my name "Sarah, PVA" and you can read some of my posts over the last year.

I'm on NO heart meds! No blood thinners, except baby aspirin, and am finally relaxing about NOT having Afib, and Aflutter!! I'm in the second half of my 50's, and although my husband is supposed to be retired, I still work part time as a Physical Therapist Assistant, much to my pleasure.

For me, searching the internet, and finding the information about the cure, from Cleveland Clinic, then THIS board, I was so relieved, excited, and deciding to do it was just a NO BRAINER!! My only anxiety was "how fast can I get an apointment".
Sarah
