Dave, prior to the Maze, Quinidex was the only drug that I had a long period of success with. I tried many of the newer ones as they became available, but always had to go back to the Quinidex. It finally stopped working for me, but it was after probably 10 years, and I never had any noticeable side effects from it.
I was luckier than you, in the fact that I nearly always converted without any help.
