Your poor heart has been working so hard that it has enlarged on that side. Darn! You will have to regroup, and make more plans! I know for a fact that we all have to be vigilant, ourselves, as well as our advocates when admitting into ANY hospital! No one should hesitate to express your concerns...even if you have to call the Patient Ombudsman! That usually gets action.
