Congratulations on one year post-PVA! And Happy Thanksgiving folks. After reading Anthony's post about the meds he is taking, I felt a double-dose of gratitude. It is so wonderful to be able to live without those horrible heart medications and the fear of debilitating bouts of AFib.
This board is a life line to wellness and each of us carries the message of hope.
I am 65 and just finished painting four rooms in my home plus walking my dog twice a day and working out three days a week. I could not have done any of those things before my maze/mitral valve repair six months ago. And this Thanksgiving my entire clan is coming over for dinner.
Thanksgiving takes on additional meaning this year.
