I agree completely with Carl. I think it is kind of what has worked for the Heart surgeon. I was on Amioderone for about 2 1/2 months post maze. Dr. Barnes had his complement of drugs and vitimens post maze. I am now off all drugs except for blood pressure meds and colestoral meds. Also my cardiologist likes Coreg of which I do not take the full prescription. With his okay. 25 mg twice a day just made me sleepy. I would set down and go to sleep. I tolerate 12.5 twice a day. He thinks it is one of the wonder drugs so I do take it. It is great to be in NSR. I have one problem though. I do not feel my heart change rythmn, so would not know if I have and skipped beats or irrugularities. My pulse has been reugular when ever I have it check.
